*Shipping costs are based on a standard delivery service. Deliveries outside Canada may be subject to additional import duties, taxes or delivery charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges may vary by destination, are beyond my control and need to be covered by the customer.
**Please note that I dispatch goods once a week on Fridays. Delivery timings are based on a standard delivery service. Days indicated are business days and based on the conservative end of Canada Post’s delivery time standards. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Dispatch
I endeavour to ship all orders complete. If for any reason an item is not available, I will process and dispatch the rest of your order. Items temporarily out of stock will be dispatched separately with no additional delivery charge. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of items temporarily out of stock. If you do not wish to receive any part shipments, please contact us as soon as you place an order.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. If you have do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Tracking information is not automatically sent, but if required please contact me and I will be happy to provide it.
Packaging
Where possible your order will be sent using reused and recyclable materials. All my products are carefully wrapped in robust, degradable packaging to make sure they reach you in pristine condition.
